Case 1
“Please fix my smile” This was the wish of our patient when he turned 50. He wanted to be more confident with his smile, and that is what we delivered by doing two front teeth crowns. To prevent him from breaking his crowns, we made him a custom occlusal guard.
Case 2
Patients main concern here was “I don’t like my smile. I have this gap between my teeth that I want to get rid of.” In a single visit, this patient’s smile was changed drastically by closing the midline space / distema using Resin restoration. Patient was super excited and all smiles.
Case 3
This is a simple case why you should get regular dental cleanings. Inflamed, puffy, bleeding gums are not normal. Healthy mouth should get cleanings every 6 months, and if you have history of bone loss, more frequent cleanings are recommended.
Case 4
61 year old male patient wanted to replace his upper front teeth. He had a partial denture previously and was not happy with it because it was not fixed in his mouth. We discussed treating him with a fixed porcelain bridge, does not fall out while eating and will appear as close to natural as possible. Patient was thrilled to get his new fixed teeth.
Case 5
16 year old Patients chief concern was esthetics “kids in my class make fun of my teeth.” Treatment done here was removal of brown stains with minimal preparation and subsequently doing resin veneers. All it took was one visit to change this patients smile and confidence.
Case 6
This particular patient was very dissatisfied by his yellow appearing teeth and metal based crown on front tooth showing black margin near gum line. Patients’ teeth were whitened with our in-office KOR whitening and new crown was made matching to whitened teeth.
Case 7
“My teeth are breaking and chipping”. This patient had many teeth in front that were chipping away. After selection of tooth shade that patient wanted, our dentist was able to create a beautiful smile that patient wanted with single crowns.
Case 8
“I wish at some point i can fix my front teeth.”
Patient came for his routine maintenance cleaning visit. His front fillings were fixed on the same day. Patient left happy with not only clean teeth but fixed front fillings.
Case 9
Here is an example of a simple change of old front fillings. After pictures were taken immediately and one can see excellent shade and contour of tooth matched. With time rehydration of the tooth by saliva, the shade blends even more in 2 weeks, making these restorations unnoticeable.
Case 10
This patient’s chief complaint was “I want a fuller smile” . Patient had limited financial budget and she wanted to refresh her at least 20 plus year old stained resin bondings.
Our cosmetic dentist did a mock up smile display to show what patients smile can look like with 4-6-8 Veneers. Patient ultimately decided to get 8 Resin Veneers which were more economical then ceramic veneers. Needless to say, patient loves her “fuller smile” now.
Case 11
This is a case of a 24 year old young man. This patient came to us with a chief complaint : “i cannot wear this broken partial denture. I am too young to wear dentures.” Patient was recommended to get implants as a permanent solution. While the patient is saving for implants, he wanted a temporary but permanent solution- which he does not have to take out of his mouth every night. Our dentist did not want to cut this patient’s healthy teeth and therefore opted for maryland bridge- which is bonded onto neighboring teeth- without cutting/drilling them. The bridge does not come off at night. When this patient is ready to get implants, we will simply remove the bridge and place them.
Case 12
“My tooth is moving”. This patient came to us with a complaint of teenage trauma that was not addressed timely causing a loose tooth – that was about to come out. Pt wanted a permanent solution. After bone grafting, our doctor placed a single implant followed by a permanent crown.
Case 13
Emergencies happen! Here is a classic scenario of front teeth trauma caused by skateboarding on a 9 year old boy. This patient was super anxious and nervous about “shots” . Our dentist was not only able to calm his nerves but provided him immediate attention and restored that beautiful smile. He was also recommended to wear a mouthguard next time and get orthodontic treatment in near future.
Case 14
Here is a case where just by simply changing old broken, discolored front teeth fillings, how we can improve patients smile and confidence.
Case 15
This is a special case of a 7 year old who had broken her permanent front tooth at the school playground. Although the patient was excited that she will get a new tooth, needless to say mother was very worried. We forgot to take pretreatment photos due to the emergency situation.
Our dentist used a patient’s broken tooth piece and rebonded it back using premium products and utilizing skillset. Both mother and patient were very happy with the results. We had to request the mother for before pictures, but we took a few after pictures.
Case 16
“I am embarrassed by my smile.” This lovely patient avoided smiling because he didn’t like his crooked brown teeth. After meticulous attention to detail and careful planning, his smile was fixed by four front crowns. Patient was beyond ecstatic with his new teeth that couldn’t stop smiling.
Case 17
This is a 16 Year Old patient- who clenches his teeth adversely. In the before photo, chipped incisal edges on the front two teeth can be seen. Here, respecting the patient’s young age, very conservative treatment of single visit resin restoration was done followed by fabricating a custom occlusal/bite guard, so he does not damage his teeth any more.
